How do I create AI videos and images?

Open the app, type a prompt describing what you want to create, and tap "Generate Video" or "Generate Image." You can also upload a photo to edit it with AI.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Fountain AI. From there you can change or cancel your plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Fountain AI, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Why is my generation taking a long time?

Video generation typically takes 30-90 seconds depending on complexity. Image generation is faster, usually 5-15 seconds. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

How do I save or share my creations?

After generating a video or image, tap "Save" to save it to your in-app gallery and camera roll, or tap "Share" to send it via text, email, social media, or any other app.

Is my data private?

Yes. We only collect your email for authentication purposes. Your prompts and generated content are not stored on our servers. Read our full Privacy Policy.
